Backwell holds a NYS DOL Part 67 lead abatement contractor license. We do not sub out hazmat work — it's handled by our own licensed crew. This keeps cost and scheduling under our control and is required before any structural demo begins.
Foundation removal can be included or excluded based on your needs. If you're building new, we typically remove to 2 ft below grade and backfill. We price both options in the estimate so you can choose.
