EARTHWORK
Mass Grading to Subgrade
Bulk cut and fill worked to design subgrade with GPS machine control. Material is balanced across the pad to hold import and export to a minimum, then proof rolled and compacted in lifts ahead of aggregate placement.
DEEP FOUNDATIONS
Drilled Pier Installation
Rotary drill rigs advancing shafts on a compacted working platform set to a survey staked grid. Reinforcing is placed and concrete poured by shaft, with spoils tracked to a stockpile for reuse or export.
DRAINAGE
Perimeter Cut and Containment Berm
Perimeter berm shaped and a lined cut section opened for stormwater control. Slopes are graded to positive drainage and stabilized to keep sediment on site through the build.
HEAVY LIFT
Crawler Crane and Cage Staging
Lattice boom crawler crane set on a compacted crane pad with pre tied cages staged inside pick radius. Ground bearing is checked and mats placed where required before picks begin.
REINFORCING
Reinforcing Cage Layout
Pile cages tied and laid out in installation sequence, clear of the haul routes. Air compressors and support rigs are positioned to feed the drill line without breaks in production.
SUBGRADE
Proof Rolled Aggregate Subgrade
Aggregate subgrade brought to grade and proof rolled across the full work area. The surface is held to tolerance for structure layout, with drainage carried off the pad throughout.
STRUCTURAL FILL
Structural Pad Construction
Engineered fill placed and compacted in controlled lifts to build the structural pad. Density is verified by testing at each lift as foundation rigs advance along the far edge.
SITE LOGISTICS
Laydown and Staging Yard
Graded and surfaced laydown yard set for precast, pipe, and field offices. Access lanes and storage grids are laid out to keep deliveries and crews clear of active work.
EARTH MOVING
Articulated Haul Operations
Articulated haulers cycling material between cut and fill on a maintained haul road. Loads are tracked to balance the earthwork and keep the grading spread moving.
SOIL STABILIZATION
Full Depth Stabilization
Spreader and reclaimer fleet staged for full depth stabilization of the subgrade. Binder is spread at design rate, mixed to depth, then graded and compacted into a working platform over weak soils.
MACHINE CONTROL
GPS Grade Control
Dozer running 3D machine control to bring aggregate to finished grade. The model is cut to line and grade in a single pass, holding tolerance without stakes or hand checks.
STRUCTURAL STEEL
Structural Steel Laydown
Galvanized structural sections staged on a compacted pad ahead of erection. Material is blocked off the ground and sorted by lift sequence for the erection crew.
