Most wooded acreage in CNY clears for $3,000 to $6,000 per acre. Lighter brush is cheaper. Heavy timber, steep terrain, and wetland buffers push the price up. We quote written per-acre rates after a site walk.

Yes. Either ground in place (stump grinder) or fully removed and hauled. Removed stumps add $50-$200 per stump depending on diameter. Grinding is cheaper but leaves stump material in the soil.

Yes. IRA Section 45/48 compliant solar site prep is a regular scope for us. Selective clearing, mass clearing, access roads, perimeter fence subgrade, SWPPP installation.

Yes. NYSDEC Article 24 wetland buffer setbacks are non-negotiable. We mark protected buffers before clearing and document compliance for the DEC if asked.

Sometimes. Marketable timber on larger jobs can be cut to length and stacked, or coordinated with a timber buyer. Smaller jobs typically chip or burn on site. Let us know on the site walk.
