One contract covers the asbestos survey, abatement, permits, utility disconnects, teardown, foundation removal, debris hauling, backfill, and rough grade. Asbestos abatement is done under our own NYS DOL asbestos license.

We pull the demolition permit from the City of Rochester or the town, schedule the RG&E, water, and sewer disconnects, take the structure down, haul the debris, and backfill and grade the lot.
